Healthy recipes for New Year’s Eve eatingMost people wait until after New Year’s to dedicate themselves to a becoming a healthier you. But there’s no reason that you can’t start healthy habits before then.

On Jan. 1, don't feel as bad about what you ate on Dec. 31. Review the following healthy recipe ideas for New Year’s Eve.
