Help at a Push of a Button

Recognizing that people rely upon us 24/7, the Emergency Response Center uses the most advanced equipment and technology.

Even if you cannot speak or can’t be heard, the Emergency Response Center knows who you are and who to contact.

When you enroll, a personalized file is created in our secure database containing all critical information. This information is immediately displayed so that a trained operator can respond quickly to assist you.

  • When you need help, press your button.
  • A signal is sent to the 24-hour Emergency Response Center where a Response Center operator talks with you over the speaker to decide upon proper action.
  • The Response Center operator coordinates the appropriate responder — emergency services, caregiver, family member, neighbor, etc.

Our U.S.-based Emergency Response Centers provide multi-lingual communication with over 140 languages available.

Reliable services from our highly trained and qualified operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How do I get started and how is this service billed?

To start service, we complete an intake form where information is gathered to set an account up specific to the user. Intakes are typically completed over the phone. Once an intake is complete, installation of the equipment is scheduled and can usually be done within 3-5 days.

Service is provided on a month to month basis with no long term contracts or cancelation fees. Monthly fees range per month depending on the piece of equipment and features chosen. Our standard home-based landline system starts at about a dollar per day. With each new account there is a onetime activation fee.
