St. Cloud Hospital has received the Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award with Target: StrokeSM Honor Roll.

The grant funds will allow BLEND staff to focus time and energies on the policy, systems and environmental changes needed to transform the way communities eat and engage in physical activity.
