Ingredients

  • 30 oz. canned, low sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with veggie slices or sticks as a dip.
