Step 2: Complete a volunteer application
To apply for a volunteer position, submit an application online by clicking on the Volunteer Application link below. You will receive an e-mail confirming we received your application.

Step 3: Interview and background check
After reviewing your application, the volunteer coordinator will contact you to schedule an interview. A background check also will be done.
Step 4: Attend the volunteer welcome session and orientation
Step 5: Complete training for your specific volunteer position
Commitment
Any help provided by volunteers is an invaluable asset to CentraCare Health – Monticello. There is not a minimum amount of hours required of you to volunteer. Most volunteers start out with 2-3 hours once a week and can increase their hours as desired. It is beneficial to establish a normal amount of hours and a general schedule. We greatly appreciate the help of volunteers.
Volunteer Auxiliary
CentraCare Health – Monticello's Auxiliary has a long history of giving back to the community. For over 45 years, Auxiliary members have volunteered their time to help provide a positive experience for patients, residents and visitors at CentraCare Health – Monticello. The mission of the Auxiliary is to enhance the quality of life of patients, residents, and personnel; and to provide assistance, cooperation and encouragement toward the achievement of goals and objectives of the Hospital Board of Directors in promoting the health and welfare of the community.
