Driver Evaluation Program

Did you experience an illness, accident or significant medical event that affected your ability to drive? This program evaluates an individual’s performance for safe return to driving. 

Memory Care

Do you experience cognitive and memory changes that interfere with everyday activities? Therapists can help modify activities, maximize safety in the home and/or provide recommendations for alternative living situations which provide more assistance/supervision.

Neck & Back ProgramNeck & Back Program

Do you have neck or back pain lasting longer than 8-12 weeks? Or have you had multiple episodes of pain during the past year? Learn about a non-surgical approach that uses 8-12 weeks of strengthening to increase flexibility and strength and decrease pain.

Hand Therapy

Do you suffer from bone, nerve or tendon injuries, nerve compressions, arthritis or tendonitis? Hand therapy could help you decrease pain, increase motion and improve strength.

Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMD)

Do you have jaw clicking, popping or locking? Therapists educate and provide habit modifications, as well as self-care instructions, that promote healing and long term management.
