CentraCare Health operates pharmacies that accept most major insurance plans and offer a wide variety of over-the-counter health care items. Some newer services offered like Medication Therapy Management (a comprehensive ongoing medication review) is especially beneficial for patients on multiple medications or being treated for more than one diagnosis. A newly integrated team approach is being introduced allowing our pharmacists to work with a team of doctors and nurses to manage patient outcomes for specific diseases, and follow up with patients after discharge from the hospital to confirm medications are being taken correctly.
