The Valve Clinic at CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center is one of the few sites in Minnesota that offers advanced treatment options and technology for valvular heart disease.

• We provide innovative treatment options for complex valve issues. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) treats severe heart valve disease, known as aortic stenosis. It is an option for people who may be of intermediate or higher risk of complications from open heart surgery. We also perform MitraClip, a treatment for people with symptoms related to severe leaking of the mitral valve, also known as mitral regurgitation, and who may be at high risk for open heart surgery.
• For your convenience, we have a variety of outreach sites, so we can continue to manage your heart disease and symptoms before and after your procedure close to home.
• We use a team-based approach to evaluate, treat and manage heart disease. The team includes you, your family, interventional cardiologists, heart surgeons, and valve coordinators working together on the best plan of care for you.
