How much will you pay?

If you are interested in learning how much a medical service or procedure will cost, please fill out the Price Estimate Request form. Staff from CentraCare's Managed Care department will review your information and respond to you within two business days.

CentraCare Health is committed to providing high-quality health care to the community regardless of ability to pay. As part of our commitment to serving the health needs of people who are uninsured or underinsured, CentraCare offers discounts to those whose incomes are less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
