When you arrive at the CentraCare Health Plaza, please park in the River East parking lot, and enter through the River Entrance. The Rheumatology Clinic is located on the second floor, Suite 2450, near the Internal Medicine Clinic and across from the Endocrinology Clinic.
CentraCare Rheumatology is a service of St. Cloud Hospital.
