We offer a variety of services with a team approach that helps our patients incorporate diabetes care into their lifestyle and improve their overall health.
Our Nutrition Clinic consists of registered dieticians who provide nutrition counseling and education for patients of all ages with a variety of medical needs. If you or a family member has diabetes, ask for a referral from your provider.

Diabetes Programs
Diabetes Self-Management
Offers education and continued support to diabetics to provide the skills necessary to stay well and prevent complications. This program is offered through individual sessions or group sessions with certified nurse or dietician.
Gestational Diabetes
Assists expectant parents and their provider with high-quality monitored care. Offers a complimentary blood glucose monitor for use during their pregnancy.
Inpatient Diabetes
Provides assistance to diabetics staying at the St. Cloud Hospital. During your stay, we educate you on skills needed to manage diabetes and also offer follow-up care after your stay.
Insulin Pump Therapy
A certified pump trainer teaches patients how to make a smooth transition to this method of diabetes care.
