CD Evaluations/Rule 25 Assessments

Any referral to chemical dependency treatment requires an initial formal assessment. Evaluations involve the youth, parents, other collateral contacts, testing and a urine drug screen. The process takes approximately 2 hours. Recommendations will reflect the level of care required for treatment and investigate insurance authorization requirements.

Assessments are completed at Clara's House. For more information, call 320-255-7738, ext. 79865.

Evening Outpatient Programming

This 6-week (minimum) track requires two, 3-hours a week sessions. Evening Outpatient programming is located inside of Clara's House. This program is a primary substance abuse program that offers a mental health component. A chemical dependency evaluation is needed to attend programming. This treatment meets Tuesdays and Thursday from 3:45 to 6:45 pm. For more information or to schedule an admission, please call 320-229-4996.

Residential Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Residential treatment is one of the most intensive levels of care. This program is generally 6-8 weeks in length. This program offers chemical dependency treatment, access to mental health services, a school program and family therapy. Mental health components consist of an initial mental health diagnostic screening for all clients along with ongoing individual therapy and family therapy, and at least one meeting with a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication assessment and management. This program is located at Recovery Plus Adolescent Residential Services. This program is generally followed with a less intensive outpatient aftercare programming. For more information, call 320-255-7738, ext. 79888.
