This year, the CentraCare Health Foundation - Paynesville Golf Tournament will be raising funds to for future updates to Koronis Manor Care Center.
As Koronis Manor Care Center looks to the future, our goal is to create a meaningful, homelike environment for our residents. Home means something different to everyone. It isn’t just a place to live. It’s more the simple, blissful comforts it provides.
In response to community demand, CCH-Paynesville now seeks to renovate our current nursing care facility, driven by the following guiding principles:
- Resident-centered design based on a household concept of care
- Culture of independence and dignity
- Living spaces that feel like home
- Ergonomic and efficient design to benefit residents and staff

More About This Year's Cause
We are proud of the high standard of care that has been a continual part of Koronis Manor Care Center's rich history. We believe that in order to continue to excel, we must meet the community’s needs with a proactive approach. We often hear from residents that they want the option to perform activities of daily living as they are able, such washing their clothes, making a meal or doing light cleaning.
Some enhancements may include:
- Neighborhood cafés to provide a space for residents to come together in fellowship and enjoy impromptu snacks and meals, day or night.
- Increased meal choices to provide a more personalized service
- Short-order, “fresh on the spot” cooking equipment
- Fully stocked kitchen pantries
- Dishwashers
- Washers and dryers
- Redesigned interior living spaces
- Patio areas to foster a sense of community and create a place where people can spend free time as a family and a community.
Event Sponsors
Several sponsorship levels are available. Purchase online now!
- $5,000 Host Sponsor ($4,643 tax deductible) receives six golf tournament tickets, three carts, signage on carts, event advertising (including website and the invitation brochure), full page ad in program, lunch and dinner.
- $1,500 Platinum Sponsor ($1,262 tax deductible) receives four golf tournament tickets and putting contest tickets, two carts, included on event advertising (including website and the invitation brochure), half page ad in program, lunch and dinner.
- $1,000 Lunch Sponsor ($870 tax deductible) receives four lunch and dinner tickets. Key recognition at event. Listed on website. Half page ad in program.
- $500 Presenting Hole Sponsor ($420 tax deductible) receives four lunch and dinner tickets. Individual sign at one hole on the course. Ad listed in program.
- $250 Hole Sponsor ($250 tax deductible) receives recognition on group signage at one of the holes on the course. Listed in program.
Golf Tickets
Register for $100 per person ($48 tax deductible) or $400 for 4-person team ($192 tax deductible). Includes:
- 18 holes of golf at Koronis Hills Golf Club
- cart rental
- one lunch and Community Night Out dinner ticket per golfer

Tickets are $15 per person ($5 tax deductible)
