The goal this year is to raise $25,000 to support important projects in Long Prairie. Register online today!
Funds from this year’s golf scramble event will be designated to:
- Provide two college scholarships for local high school seniors pursuing health care careers.
- Fund the “Reach out and Read” program, which promotes early literacy and school readiness by making books and reading aloud as a standard part of pediatric primary care.
- Support the Wellness Wins campaign in support of CentraCare Health – Vitality Wellness which will provide a space for programs, services and amenities designed to promote healthy lifestyles and enhance quality of life for all who live, work and play in our region.
- Support Therapeutic Music programming at CentraCare Health – Long Prairie, which are one-on-one patient sessions at the bedside focused on bringing in-the-moment healing and comfort.

Sponsorship Levels
- $5,000 Host Sponsor ($4,670 tax deductible) receives six golf tournament tickets and putting contest tickets, three carts, signage on carts, event advertising (including website and the invitation brochure), full page ad in program, lunch and prime rib dinner.
- $1,500 Platinum Sponsor ($1,280 tax deductible) receives four golf tournament tickets and putting contest tickets, two carts, included on event advertising, listed on the invitation brochure, half page ad in program, lunch and prime rib dinner.
- $1,000 Lunch Sponsor ($960 tax deductible) receives four lunch and prime rib dinner tickets. Key recognition at event. Half page ad in program.
- $1,000 Dinner Sponsor ($960 tax deductible) receives four lunch and prime rib dinner tickets. Key recognition at event. Half page ad in program
- $1,000 Snack Sponsor ($960 tax deductible) receives four lunch and prime rib dinner tickets and one cart for snack delivery on course. Key recognition at event. Half page ad in program.
- $500 Presenting Hole Sponsor ($420 tax deductible) receives four lunch and prime rib dinner tickets. Individual sign at one hole on the course. Listed in program.
- $250 Hole Sponsor ($250 tax deductible) receives recognition on group signage at one of the holes on the course. Listed in program.
Golf Tickets
Register for:
- $400 for 4-person team ($180 tax deductible)
- $100 per person ($45 tax deductible)
