The Bounce Back Project Partners with Willow Sweeney to present Becoming our Top 20 Selves
The Bounce Back Project is hosting Becoming our Top 20 Selves featuring author Willow Sweeney on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Monticello High School.
“Part of being resilient is the ability to recognize that all of us will have good and bad days throughout our lives,” said Melissa Pribyl, MSN, RN, Community Health and Wellness Specialist at CentraCare Health – Monticello and Bounce Back Project Lead in Monticello. “By not allowing the negatives to overwhelm us, we can continue to move forward and focus on the positive things that are also happening in our lives. We can truly be at our best when we allow ourselves to be less than perfect and realize that we are human just like everyone else.”
