Lifestyle Health brings together conventional and holistic medicine to support your complete wellbeing -- mind, body and spirit.
Opening in late summer 2017, Lifestyle Health can help you improve your overall health, enhance sports performance or uncover what’s behind ongoing health issues like chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines and more. Whatever your goal, and in keeping with the high-level of care you’ve come to expect from CentraCare Health, the experts at Lifestyle Health will work with you to understand your health needs and then place our recommendations in a personalized wellness plan that supports your unique situation and goals.

- Functional Medicine, June 13 - Kathleen Mahon, NP, describes how functional medicine looks at the root cause of an illness and uses nutrition, physical activity and stress management to optimize health.
- Functional Nutrition, June 20 - Kristen Bricko, RD, and Briana Traut, RD, showcase how food serves as medicine, with it affecting our feelings, energy level and chronic illness.
- Weight Management, June 27 - Denell Kruse gives an overview of the comprehensive weight management services offered through CentraCare Weight Management.
- Sports Video Analysis, July 11 – Exercise physiologist Dustin Henkelman demonstrates Dartfish, video analysis software that allows you to break down movements to improve your athletic proficiency.
- Acupuncture, July 18 – Licensed acupuncturist John Miley explains the benefits of acupuncture and how it can relieve pain, reduce stress and improve quality of life.
