CentraCare Urgency Center Expands Hours, Relocates

St. Cloud, Minn. — The CentraCare Urgency Center, an alternative to the emergency room for urgent medical needs, has expanded its hours and moved to the lower level of CentraCare Health Plaza, 1900 CentraCare Circle, St. Cloud. Hours are from 2:30-10 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 8 p.m. weekends and holidays. Please continue to use the Woodlands entrance for access to the Urgency Center. No appointment needed.

Common health concerns treated at the CentraCare Urgency Center include:

  • abdominal pain
  • acute injury evaluation
  • blood clots or leg pain
  • broken bones
  • cough and cold symptoms
  • cuts requiring stitches
  • dislocations, sprains and strains
  • eye pain and injury
  • fast-onset joint and back pain
  • fever, dehydration, nausea or vomiting
  • headache/migraine
  • mild chest pain with no cardiac history
  • minor head injury
  • minor injuries from motor vehicle collisions
  • nosebleed
  • pediatric illness and injuries
  • respiratory issues including asthma

In addition to other insurances, the Urgency Center also now accepts PreferredOne insurance. View more information or see current wait times.
