CentraCare Health – Monticello’s Care Center Receives Five Star Quality Rating Honor

CentraCare Health – Monticello’s Care Center has been awarded five stars on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Compare rating. This overall quality rating is based on achieving high standards in performance measures including state health inspection outcomes, resident-level quality measures and staffing. Only ten percent of Care Centers in Minnesota achieve a five star rating on this quality performance indicator from CMS.
