Celebrate 50 Years of Caring with CentraCare Health – Monticello

CentraCare Health – Monticello will host a free picnic for the community to celebrate 50 years of caring on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 3–7 p.m. at Ellison Park in Monticello. Celebrate the hospital’s history while enjoying a fun-filled afternoon complete with picnic lunch, popcorn, snow cones, live music, petting zoo, ambulance tours and bounce house. All are welcome to attend.

CentraCare Health – Monticello opened in 1965 as Monticello – Big Lake Community Hospital. Through the years, the hospital has grown to include CentraCare Health – Monticello Care Center, Monticello Cancer Center and CentraCare Health – Monticello Medical Group.

CentraCare Health – Monticello provides a variety of high-quality, patient-centered services including Acute Inpatient Rehab, Birth Center, CentraCare Health – Monticello Medical Group, an Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, 89-bed Care Center, Nutrition education, state-of-the-art Monticello Cancer Center, Surgical Services, and Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine services.
