Pumpkin Pie (No Crust)

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (16-ounce) can of pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Beat the eggs with a fork
- Add the sugar, ginger and cinnamon to the beaten eggs
- Add the pumpkin to the egg mixture
- Blend in the milk
- Pour into a 10-inch sprayed pie pan
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes (or until firm)
Yield: 8 servings
