Pumpkin Mousse


  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) Vanilla flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant pudding mix
  • 1 can (15-ounce) pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Free  


Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.  

*Can put his in graham cracker pie crust and serve as a pie, or serve in a dish.

Yield: 12 servings (1 serving = 1/2 cup)
