Ingredients

  • Cilantro1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can hominy, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jar spicy tomato salsa
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.

Yield: 10 servings (1 serving = 1/2 cup)
