Layered Dessert


  • 5 oz. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 tsp.  ©Jell-O sugar-free gelatin
  • 5 oz. Cold sugar-free diet soda allowed to sit to room temperature for 15 min.
  • 1 packet Vanilla, Strawberry or Pineapple Apricot Beverage Meal Replacement


  1. Add boiling water to gelatin, stir until dissolved.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Pour into refrigerator safe container and chill until set.
