We know that the weeks and months after the death of a loved one can be very painful and lonely for those left behind. You may be struggling to learn different ways to live your life without your loved one's presence. This is not an easy journey. The adjustments you are trying to make can sometimes feel confusing, frustrating, and very difficult.

Below we have included links to articles that may be a source of support and comfort as you move through the grief process. Keep in mind that the articles may or may not fit your feelings at this time, but take what you can from them. If you are not experiencing the types of situations and feeling conveyed in the articles, that is okay. Grief is an individual experience and everyone moves through the process differently.

Call the "Bereavement Line" at any time to leave a message, and you will be contacted by our Spiritual Care staff. This line is not for an emergency. If you feel your grief is overwhelming, call your provider, or seek help through the St. Cloud Hospital emergency room.
