  • Ambulance Tours

    CentraCare Health – Monticello’s EMS staff is available to provide tours of our ambulance and talk about age specific safety issues.

    "Let's Talk Again" is a communication program for stroke survivors with aphasia.

  • Baby Café

    The Baby Café is a free support group that covers all aspects of breastfeeding/pumping. Join us between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

  • Car Seat Check - Paynesville

    Make sure your child's car seat is correctly installed and your child is safely buckled up.

  • Diabetes Prevention Class

    Learn to identify risk factors for type 2 diabetes and understand the role of physical activity in prevention of diabetes.

  • Gestational Diabetes Class

    Attend this class and learn about gestational diabetes and treatments available for it.

  • Health Care Directive Sessions

    We offer free educational sessions to help you complete a Health Care Directive.

  • MILK: Breastfeeding & Mother Support

    Join us in Monticello on the second and fourth Thursday each month for our free, drop-in breastfeeding support group.

  • Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

    This program will cover topics including lung function and disease, breathing and relaxation, medications and more.

  • Reiki Level 1

    In this class, we will discuss the history of Usui Reiki Ryoho, explain the Reiki Ideals, demonstrate the standard Reiki treatment hand positions and more.
