Do you find mealtimes exhausting? Are family holidays or eating out overwhelming? Have you become a short order cook in your own home? Picky eaters, underweight or overweight what do you do?
At this class, parents can discover common sense approaches to feeding your family.
Your child can:
- Enjoy new foods
- Behave at the table
- Identify feelings of hunger and fullness
- Love family meals
- Feel positive about eating for life.
This class includes learning opportunities, discussions and story sharing and is led by Jennifer Harris, RDN, LD, CEDRD, a faculty member with the Ellyn Satter Institute and St. Cloud Hospital Behavioral Health Services.

See what class attendees have said about Feeding with Love and Good Sense:
- I’ll now be changing up everything we are doing to feed our kids.
- The course is whole new approach to what I believe will take the stress out of meals and prepare our kids to have healthy relationships with food.
- It would be great if this was a two-part course, where you would be able to think about and put things into practice, then come back to discuss how things went and how to improve.
