The Bravo Baby childbirth series is made up of five class sessions. Learn more about each below.
It is highly advised, but not required, that you and your labor support person complete these classes by the 30th week of pregnancy. Please register early to ensure you get into the classes of your choice.
Class Session 1: Labor, Styled Your Way
Discover how your body is preparing for the birth of your child. Learn how to tell if you are in labor, when to come to the hospital and how to be comfortable at home during the early stages of labor. You and your labor support person will take away ideas for enhancing your birth experience.

Class Session 2: Your Labor Accessories
Arrive at the big event fully prepared by knowing childbirth comfort measures, pain management options, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises that you can try during active labor. A woman should never leave home without these essentials! This class includes time to PRACTICE positions and techniques to use in labor along with your labor support person.

Class Session 3: The Crowning Event
Embrace this defining life moment and learn more about different positions for pushing, vaginal and cesarean birth, hospital resources for mom and baby and the emotions of being a new parent.

Class Session 4: Oh, Baby! It's Your Birthday!
It is all about the newborn baby now! Learn what to expect from this little person, and gain hands-on practice of some basic newborn care.
Embark on your new adventure with baby during this overview on what to expect during the first 24 hours of your baby’s life. Learn about the miraculous changes that will occur as your baby transitions from the comfort of the womb to the big, new world and the care your baby will receive during this time.

Class Session 5: Making Memories
