The goal of this 1K and 5K is to encourage physical activity within families. This is not a timed race.
Please note - your registration must be submitted by 5/10/19 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. This event is not timed and no awards will be given. This event is to promote family physical fitness.
8 – 8:30 a.m. : 1K and 5K registration
1K, Ages 0-12
- Come dressed like a superhero or use some of our superhero gear! Make sure that whatever you wear is safe to run in.
- Receive a t-shirt and medal!
- Families are welcome to watch and cheer the superhero's on
- Superhero registration is FREE!
- Ages 0-4 must be in a stroller or wagon and accompanied by an adult at all times.
5K
- Come ready for a fun, scenic and relaxed race!
- Ages 5 - 12 participating in the 5k, must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Registration cost includes a t-shirt. $5 for CentraCare Health — Long Prairie Vitality Wellness members, $10 for non-members.
