Are you looking to mend your relationship with food and eating?
Through activities and discussion, this 10-week course explores emotional eating, eating environment, normal eating and eating with joy. This short-term program can assist those whose eating and weight are major issues in life. It is not a weight loss program.

- Depend on your awareness and trust of your internal regulators of hunger, appetite and satiety.
- Calm yourself and tune in while you eat.
- Resolve negative feelings about your eating.
- Take good care of yourself with food.
- Manage your conflict and anxiety about weight.
- Find ways of being active that are right for you.
- Discover what holds true for you when eating and activity are consistent and positive.
The class is led by Jennifer Harris, RDN, LD, CEDRD, faculty with the Ellyn Satter Institute and St. Cloud Hospital Behavioral Health Services, and Alyssa Monson, RDN, LD, CentraCare Weight Management.
Ask us about our on-site child care. Children have access to the YMCA's Kid Zone while parents are using our services.
