Physicians should register for CPR classes individually by sending the registration form and payment to the CentraCare Health Education & Professional Development Department. Registration is limited and taken on a first come first serve basis. Confirmations along with course materials will be sent prior to the class.

If you are forced to cancel your registration, you must do so 72 hours before class. To cancel, please call the Education & Professional Development Department, 320-255-5642.
