Attend an information seminar to learn more about the medical and surgical weight loss options offered through CentraCare Weight Management. Weight loss options, insurance coverage, and our pathway to a healthier weight will be presented.

Ask us about our on-site child care. Children have access to the YMCA's Kid Zone while parents are using our services.
