The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience in the practice of Usui Reiki Ryoho, including receiving Level 1 Placement (attunement). Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, self-treatment, and practice using Japanese Reiki Techniques as mentioned below.
While practice occurs during the class, it is important that you set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
