Recognized for Excellence in Patient Safety: CentraCare Health – Monticello Receives Minnesota Hospital Association Award

CentraCare Health – Monticello received the Minnesota Hospital Association’s Partnership for Patient Excellence award for achieving high performance in reducing pressure ulcers, venous thromboembolism (VTE) and readmissions.

The Partnership for Patient Excellence award recognizes hospitals focused on decreasing hospital acquired conditions by 40 percent for consecutive quarters throughout the year. CentraCare Health – Monticello was one of only 30 hospitals in the State to receive this prestigious award which recognizes excellence in care and patient safety.
